The latest news as the Nigeria minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, has disclosed that the Federal Government has made arrangement to release the sum of N23 billion to the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

According to report gathered he made this known while speaking on Tuesday before the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND, led by Senator Jibrin Barau.

ASUU Strike: Update from Presidency as FG Might Not Be Able To Meet Lecturers Demands

It is gathered that the office of the presidency has described the strike action embarked upon by ASUU is totally unnecessary.
